The platform orchestrates the complete lifecycle from group seat requests (LOBC) to final ticket issuance (CTO) for Saudia Airlines. Key Architecture & Business Workflows: • Multi-Stage Financial & Deposit Lifecycle: Manages tiered payment workflows where agencies allocate internal e-wallet balances to pay sequential deposits (Deposit 1, Deposit 2, and Final Settlement) linked to confirmed airline PNRs. • Integrated Payment Gateway & E-Wallet: Supports seamless top-up mechanisms via Bank Transfer, DOKU Virtual Account & Checkout, and BSI Credit lines. • Advanced Booking Modifications & Penalty Automation: Handles complex operational requests including LOBC Splitting, Rescheduling, Voiding with automated penalty rule calculations, per-PAX booking fees, and Extra Mandatory Deposits (EMD). • Legacy Database Re-Engineering: Successfully migrated and modernized a legacy CodeIgniter 1.7 system to Laravel 13, maintaining performance and integrity across 200+ legacy tables through custom Eloquent mapping. • Reporting & Document Generation: Automated generation of financial account statements, official invoices (DOMPDF), and high-volume Excel reporting datasets (Laravel Excel). Role & Responsibilities: - Modernized the legacy codebase to a modern, robust PHP 8.3 & Laravel 13 full-stack architecture. - Integrated DOKU Payment APIs for automated Virtual Account reconciliations and wallet top-ups. - Implemented background queues, real-time logging with Laravel Pail, and structured automated test suites using PestPHP.
