BEM Internal is a full-stack mobile application tailored for the Student Executive Board (BEM) to centralize organizational workflows, coordinate internal events, and manage work program proposals from student clubs and organizations. Key Features & Functionalities: • Member & User Management: Centralized directory of registered BEM members and organizational representatives. • Meeting & Event Scheduling: Real-time coordination and scheduling for internal board meetings and campus events (internal & external). • Program & Proposal Submissions: Digital pipeline for submitting and reviewing work program proposals (PROKER) and accountability reports (LPJ). • Profile & Role-Based Access: Tailored dashboard and permission levels for administrative boards and student representatives. Role & Responsibilities: - Developed the full cross-platform mobile frontend utilizing Flutter and Dart. - Built backend REST APIs with PHP to manage data flow, user authentication, and document submissions. - Structured relational database models and connected mobile state management with backend endpoints.
